If they can be uninstalled without rooting the phone, then I think you're pretty much safe to remove them. There's no definitive list, because that does vary so much between different phones, and if they're supplied and customized by the carriers. What comes on an LG Stylo 2, I don't know at all, but that will vary by the country and/or region it's intended for, and whether it's carrier customized or not.
