shouldn't matter too much. You can just replace the ATT apps with whatever TMO has.

I find that in general with removing apps, carrier and manufacturer specific ones (in this case T-Mobile and Samsung) are pretty safe to remove, it's the Google ones you've to be careful of

that's true in MOST cases but not all. Definitely don't remove any apps unless you know for a fact that its safe/not needed. You'll need to be rooted in order to remove bloat but you get the point....
