Help predictive text missing in browser?

I hope someone can help me understand why the preventive text doesn't show when I'm typing in Google search, but it shows when I type this message ? I need it when I'm googling!
 
Maybe i wasn't clear. I know Google has its own "suggestions" as you type but they are NOT the same as my phones predictive text! Goggles suggestions are based on previous searches and advertising sources. My phones suggestions fix typos and Google wont do that.
 
all i know is that you can go into settings>language and keyboard>and from
there you set predictive text ect...
don't know if this helps or not
