Preferred way of installing Apps to SD card?

Hi,

So far I've found the following ways to install Apps on SD card:
1. Set default location to SD card: adb shell pm setInstallLocation 2
2. Go to manage applications and choose "Move to SD"
3. move2SD app
4. link2SD app

Which according to you guys is the best way?
As of now, I don't want to root my phone so apps2SD is ruled out.

Adb way is the best. No need to root the phone.
