PRemoteDroid Problem!

Im using the PRemoteDroid application and it just doesn't seem to connect to or identify my laptop's WiFi. Has this anything to do with Android's inability to discover Ad-Hoc networks, or something else?

(When I tried to use my Laptop as a WiFi hotspot using connectify, it hosted as an Ad-Hoc network, and Android is not able to use it, so I was thinking if that has anything to do with the above stated problem)

Try using your android as the hotspot, connect your computer to your phone and then use the phone to connect back to the server hosted on your comp. That's what I do as my neighbour locked down the WIFI with a mac address lock and bluetooth doesn't work properly.
