Help Preorder Play credit

Has anyone else not received this?

£50 credit was part of the preorder deal along with the Play Music subscription.

Sounds like the code comes by email shortly after the phone is delivered.

Google haven't got back to me yet, just curious...

It was US only...which is unfair in itself but that's why I haven't got it.
