I had a data plan question/issue but got it resolved. I imagine there will be several others.
I preordered on 6/22.
The contract did state unlimited the plan however; my verizon profile showed a 2gb plan at a higher cost.
I contacted 8009220204 option 4. (state DATA PLAN at the voice prompt)
Verizon WILL honor the contract without hesitation.
The representatives received an alert for this today. The system no longer has the "unlimited" option so when we all activate the new device it is defaulting into the 2gb setting. They will definitely correct it. I had no hassle and my call was 5minutes + i left positive feedback for the rep since I expected to have to escalate and provide documentation which she didnt require.
Result. 2 years at unlimited. Spectacular
