Prep an S6 for selling?

I'd like to be able to show a prospective buyer the phone fully functional, with photos, videos, apps etc - but then wipe all my data, sign-ins, media and so on.

Is there a fast and easy way to do this, preferably right there with the buyer?

I presume a factory reset would help but that wouldn't remove all my media like photos and stuff, right?

In PC terms I'd like to format the hard drive and reinstall Windows, but you know, on an Android phone kind of thing? What's the normal procedure for doing such a thing? I especially want to make sure it is not signed into google or other services.
