Help Pressing folder makes Samsung talk

When I press a folder at my homescreen the Samsung play a voice saying something I Don't understand. Seems like it is a help tool for people with seeing

Either driving mode toggle in notifications or talk back in settings - accessibility

They are both turned off.

I also tried pinching in the app launcher and got the same time there. Some woman saying some random stuff.

It did that to me when I installed an app such as light flow. Had to get rid of the app.

Ahh. That might be it.

Uninstalled and rebooted, but did not work.

There are a few apps that turn on accessibility talkback, such as tasker too.

What else is on in accessibility? Maybe turn everything off in there and see what happens. Both Tasker and Lightflow can mess with these

I deactivated tasker and That did the trick.
