1) It comes with 256MB (that's not GB, that's MB) of storage, so if you're planning on using it as anything but an eReader, you'll be unhappy with it. And don't expect updates to the Android version.
2) For an eReader that can't do much else, it's pretty pricey.
3) Chargers today run on just about any electricity in the world - 100-240 Volts, 50-60Hz. The problem might be the plug - you might have to get a plug adapter to adapt their style plug to our 2 flat parallel blades. Or, if the output of the charger (it'll be marked on the charger) is between about 5 and 5.2 Volts, and the charging port is a microUSB, you can use any phone charger.
