Help Prestigio PAP4300 duo signal problem

Problem:
I tried many SIM cards and none of them works, phone recognises them but no signal...
In signal status signal strength is 0db
On turn off-turn on i get message "Prepare JAMPHONE"
Any solution?

Could be defective. Have you tried a factory reset?
