My Prestigio 7 tablet pmp7074b3g capacitive screen has stopped responding, I get minimal responsive when I run my finger down the screens centre. Anyone know how to deal with non responding screens?

Hello and welcome aboard. I would suggest giving it a clean wipe (resetting). Usually, when this type of behavior starts happening most times its caused by corruption. Wiping the device will rid it of all corrupted files just like when you first got it.
