Pretty good deal for Tracfone service

Just passing on what I think is a pretty decent way to get a year of service AND a lot of minutes relatively cheap.

Ebay Ad has an el cheapo Motorola phone (TMFL) WITH a 200 minute/90 day pin for $19.99. So, if you have a TMFL phone, you buy 4 of these phones for eighty bucks, free shipping and you get a year of days and 2400 minutes, 2400 texts and 2400 MB and you can give the phones to a battered womans shelter or something.

edit: and no, I'm in no way affiliated

I don't need the phones, but I like your idea of what to do with them. When I had my cellphone stores, all trade-ins that weren't current models (IOW, working but not worth any money) went to battered women's shelters or homeless vet's shelters.

Yeah, I don't need the phones but I'm not gonna cry about 40 hours of talk time at .033 cents per minute. And that doesn't even factor in the text and data allowances. No way I was gonna pass on that one.

it's too bad they don't do like AOL did and give you free airtime if you call them up to cancel. i milked that in the days of AOL for a long time.

at .03c per minute it almost is free. again, that doesn't even factor in the texts or data use so it's probably more like .01c/minute
