Price Increase for Extended Warranty & Total Equipment Coverage

I bought my phone at Best Buy. The extended protection plan costs $9.99/month. If it breaks, you take it in and get a new one, no deductible, no 2 phones/year limit, and it covers water damage. I have a friend on his third phone this year, Best Buy has replaced every one of them at no cost (well, except the monthly premiums).
Note: To cancel Verizon's total care coverage, you have to actually CALL them, you can't take it off from the website.
