Print spooler has stopped unexpectedly. Would you like to send an error report to HTC?

I have a HTC10 running Marshmallow 6.01 and use HP printing service. It is connected to a Color LaserJet Pro M252dw. It has been working fine until I had to print numerous pictures one day and after four or five pictures it gave me the "Print spooler has stopped unexpectedly". I uninstalled the Hp printing app and reinstalled it after a few resets. I still have the same error. If anyone can help with this or has any idea how to fix it I would greatly appreciate it.

You try clearing cache and data from app? sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling will not clear app data (this is a setting). Force close app, clear cache, then data, then shut phone off (dont just restart) and turn back on. Then try the app to see if it got any better
