How to print a text message
Get the message on view. Use your windows laptop to photograph the text. Go to photos and find your text. Right click for options. Click 'Print'. The quality is not the best but it's much less Hassel than more complex methods

Um, how about just going to https://messages.google.com on a computer, scanning the qr code to open your text messages, then printing right from the browser?

Or use SMS Backup+ to back up your messages to GMail, and print entire conversations?

Screenshots are but one simple way. Not necessarily the best for all scenarios.
