Printing isuses

Hi. I lm really stuck on this one. I have the s5 neo and can't print via USB cable to my printer. With my S4 there were no isuses. I'm using HP plugins and Printshare app. I go to print something on my s5 neo and everything goes as planned but after its sent the data to my HP6L LaserJet print NOTHING. I just don't understand. The only thing I can think of is my S4 is running 5.0.1 android and my s5 neo is 5.1.1

Does anyone have any ideas please??

I've spent hours on this and just can't figure it out. Thanks
 
Hi, have you tried going into settings on the printer and making sure that the phone connection is selected, if the correct port is not selected it won't print. Also is the printer wi-fi enabled, if so try printing with a program like Cloudprint. Phil
