Printing or generating a list of apps?

With over 100 apps on my phone, how would one go about saving a list incase you have to hard reset or whatever? I could write it down, but wow, I have probably about 150. Any way to export a list or something?
 
If you use appbrain, you can create a new list on the website and simply copy all you installed apps to that list. I do this periodically so I always have a back up list of apps

Can you print this list or export it? I use the same method too, but listables! is easier to share with friends.
