how do I remove a privacy protection password? I have taken my phone (ZTE815) to a telstra shop .... no luck...I have reset the phone 3 times...no luck....I set up anti theft and then changed my sim and on reboot it told me to put in a privacy protection password....which I dont recall having to set up for anti theft and I am locked out of my phone......HELP HELP HELP
