Help Private Mode not enabling

I'm trying to enable the private mode on my S5 but after scanning my finger or typing the Alternative password I get the message "Failed to enable Priavte Mode Please try again".

Is there anything I've not done before enabling Private mode?

Did you switch the runtime to art? It doesn't seem to work with art.

Rooting the phone and disabling Knox features will also cause PRivate Mode to stop working

Yes, my runtime is on art. I think that's probably why. Thanks!

I have little different problem I enabled my private mode and also image and video put on private mode but still any one can see those photo and video which i made private

Yup it's ART, I had the same problem.
