Help Private mode

Can someone please tell me if it's possible to create individual folders in private mode that will all be private instead of one big folder with everything in it?.. please help me, I really need to create individual folders..

See how I am in private mode and I somehow have two SEPARATE folders there? I somehow created another folder that I can put other images in, but I don't know how I did that and I really really need to know. I need to have the same organizational options in private mode that I have in regular mode.. any idea how?

You can create sub-folders to go in the private folder but cannot make more private folders although I believe image files saved to gallery can be made private.

Okay. Would you be able to tell me how to create the sub folders then? I've never seen the option to do that.. Would screenshots be possible too?
