Privusmobile registration keeps popping up?!?

I'm on an Optimus, SPRINT, and every now and then (numerous times a day) a screen for "PrivusMobile" pops up, asking for my name/email/registration, with a box that says "I expressly agree to have you use my name if needed to provide to parties I call."

What the hell is this and how do I make it stop?!?
