Help Proactivity feature

Hi There,

I was wondering if there is a proactivity feature in Android like the one in iOS 9 wherein when i get a call the OS suggests that it maybe xyz calling , based on the system scanning my emails etc.

Similarly this feature in ios helps me search for a contact, that i never saved or created, from my phone book search feature. This basically scans all my emails & messages & suggests me the probable number etc.

Will really appreciate some guidelines. I am in the process of moving over from ios to android .

Think if you got your phone contacts lists linked to your email accounts like your Gmail or whatever, yes you can.
