I contacted Verizon support about there being no voicemail notifications showing on my main screen. Found out it does show in the top bar when the phone (Google Pixel XL) is put in safe mode, but not when it is in regular operation. This seems to mean that the problem is caused by another app. So I'm looking for clues for Android apps that might cause such a problem. Is there a list of problem apps, or do people know of ones that are prone to causing problems with other parts of phone operation?
