Help Problem assigning a ringtone to a contact

The option is there if the contact is not on my sim card
Like a Skype contact or voxer but any sim contact I can't assign a ringtone
 
I figured it out if anyone wants to know
While in contacts press the bottom left touch button
Then go to import export and import from sim
