So I was online with tech support for over an hour last night figuring out how to update my Galaxy Exhilarate Gingerbread to the Ice Cream Sandwich. For a while Kies wouldn't recognize any updates for the phone, then after resetting it to factory settings, it finally recognized it, started the update process, only to have Kies throw up a "notice" window in some unknown language when it got to actually updating the firmware. Now it's gone back to not recognizing any updates for my phone, even after resetting it again.
