problem in apn

i have samsung galxy s2i9100 (international version) , i cannot access to mobile network although i upload the operator configration message and when i tried access point names no items appear ??? and when i choosed the new apn ,the following massege appear : " sorry" the application settings (process com.android.settings)has stopped unexpectedly . please try again .....Force close .

does any one help me to solve this problem??? i need to access to internet using the moblie networks immediately.
