Problem in rooting helppppp

Hi. how can I delete read only file (recovery-from-boot.p) to install CWM?
if I can delete that file I will be able to root or install CWM and then restore previous rom.
my device is ZTE V975 and after I installed new rom it can not be root.HELP PLEASE.
