Help Problem nexus 7

Im new to this forum and trying to get my wifes tablet going I've tried a soft reset and a hard reset. Nothing works all I have on the screen are oscillating multi collored balls which merge into one then go out to four balls. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What was the last thing you did with the tablet?

You can try to boot the tablet into recovery and clear the cache partition, follow the directions here under clearing the cache -

Only select wipe cache partition.

My wife was playing candy crush and low battery signal came then it went dead she put it on the charger. Next morning she went to use it google logo came on then it went to oscillating multi colored balls, ive tried both soft and hard reset.
