Problem not naming the Huawei G8 on a computer

Hello

I bought a Huawei G8 dual sim mobile phone for my sister for a month ago and we just got a problem with this handset, and I've gotten connected to several different systems, but it only charges and does not happen at all on your computer or laptop!!

I also searched on the Internet. I checked for a lot of things, like having USB debugging enabled and ... but no one solved the problem.

Please give me advice. Thank you
