Problem of parsing the package

hello All,

I am created one simple android application with the use of eclipse Indigo.
the application is properly working in the emulator but when i am going to installed .apk file in mobile then its generate an error "problem of parsing the package".
I am new for this line so please suggest me some relevant solution.
