Help Problem on my new Galaxy s3, please help

New Galaxy s3 bought today. When I move my finger over the screen, a line follows on the screen, like an Etch A Sketch. Did I do something in Settings to make this happen? How do I get rid of it?

check settings\developer options\show pointer location. If this is set to ON the phone will draw a line showing where you have touched so turn it off.
