Problem performing reviews using g+

I cannot review applications on my Fido Samsung, Ace IIX phone. when I go to the play store then I go to an App I have installed and click on the G+ symbol and i get a message "try again later".
I am logged into Google+ on my phone.

Hmm that's really weird...

Try logging out of G+ and logging back in. You might also want to try doing the same with the Play Store, clear the cache too.
