Problem rooting with kingo Root

I have a LG k10, I'm trying to root with Kingo Root for PC, it got stuck at 44 and it doesn't do anything, on the Pc it says waiting for phone and in the phone it says Firmware Update and it's at 0%. What can I do? Can I reset my phone or disconnect it?

Well I think you used the wrong root method. I believe this device can only be rooted with dirtycow.
