Apps problem to create dinamically button by fragment to another fragment

Sorry for my english(I'm Italian):

Hello everybody ! my problem is :

I have 2 fragment (fragment1, fragment2)
How can I, when i press a botton in fragment1, add a new dynamically botton in fragment2???
