Problem unlocking my device bootloader

Hi everyone.
I use adb to unlock my mobile bootloader. When I type "fastboot oem unlock xxx" it says :FAILED (status malformed (1 bytes))
Is there anyway to solve the problem?

Huawei has suspended their bootloader unlocking program, last I knew.. Hope that has been resolved
