This is probably an easy question for you Photoshop experts. 
I have a JPG. (As a matter of the fact the one associated w/ my avatar on this forum). When I try and associate this JPG w/ my gmail it is cut off. It does give me the opportunity to crop (because it has to be square) I can only get the center of it and the left and right side are cut off.
How do I resize it. I have opened it in Picasa but ????
Could someone point to a link on how to do it or give me some assistance???
