Help Problem when using headphones

Hi guys I am having a bit of a problem. Whenever I put headphones into the slot they work fine apart from when there is a bit of bass I can hear a very dominant cracking noise.ive checked that it is not the headphone as the same audio track does not make the sound on my laptop. If anyone has tips I would love them

the problem might be in your phone's headphone input? maybe its broken or then your headphones are broken :/
