Apps problem with Accelerometer

Hi
My application running safe if u not performed any Accelerometer operations, if u done any motion of the mobile then my application automatically terminated. But i can't understand the problem. I am not used a single line of code with related to Accelerometer, or its operations. how can solve this problem.
please guide me.

do you mean, the program is terminated if you shake your android device?
