Help Problem with Air Command on Note 8

I have a new Galaxy Note 8 (unlocked). A few days after I received the phone and had it all set up, air command stopped working. In checking "settings" I found the air command settings were greyed out.

I visited Samsung's forums and found there are others with the same issue--with no solution, other than to try a hard reset and start all over.

Anyone else with this issue and if, have you found a solution?
