Problem with Android 4.2 for PC

Hi everyone, I recently registered in this forums since I just started Android products and from what I have seen I am using the least used/mentioned product (according to what I have found googling) is the Android OS for PC's.

I was asked at my work to test out different OS and so far I've tried Ubuntu and ReactOS and now I am checking out Android 4.2 x86 but I can't seem to install it, after I put the CD and tell the command to either install Android on the harddisk or run it without installation the screen just goes black and it gets stuck there forever.

Hopefully you guys can provide support for this problem if possbile. :>

Post more about your PC setup itself. I've run Android x86 on several computers, some with more success, some with far less. Do you have any command prompt cursors?

Also try PCLinuxOS and Centos. both very stable.
