Help Problem with Android 6.0.1 on S6

Ever since my S6 updated, I've been having trouble with the bluetooth dropping on my BMW. I'd like to go back to the previous version to see if that solves the problem. How do I back out of the current version?

The methods I've found online to go back seem daunting to me as a beginner. Any one else having bluetooth issues? iPhones seem to work fine in my car. Anyone know when 6.1 will be available and if that might have a fix?

Did you try to delete your phone from the car's system and add again? (also, delete the car from the phone's BT settings) I have no issue with the BT sync with my ford explorer's my ford touch system, before or after update. I just checked with my friend, he has no problem syncing his S6 (6.0.1) with his BM Z4. Both of us got SM-G920F

It is very difficult if not impossible to revert to previous OTA update as the bootloaders are modified to block any previous version. But now there should be monthly security updates, so expect Samsung to do some bug fixes. Do give a feedback to them.

I have deleted the phone and the car from each other. What's the best way to provide feedback? Would you go to Samsumg or Google? Is there a Web page they use?

You may go to samsung.com and click contact us on top right. You get a couple of ways to contact them. Also, note that many carriers heavily customise the OEM software. It is a good idea to let them too know that you have an issue.
