Help Problem with android.process.acore

I keep getting problems with the phone freezing and i get android.process.acore is not responding
It freezes to where i have to restart the phone, and when i am using wifi, sometimes i cant even turn wifi on or off, or access the wifi settings without the phone freezing
any help?
