Root Problem with download mode (msm323)

Hi friends, I need help restore the download mode , some time install CM 12.1, decided to return to the stock rom , when I wanted to use to download flash mode was wrong so restore my backup, after that I wanted to re-flash the stock rom and one is in fastboot mode with the following lines

Loading .....
Press the key volum up untill you see the download screen .
[ 460 ] fastboot_init ( )
[460 ] Error: allocating memory for buffer ssd
[ 480 ] init USB ept @ 0x7ab1000
[ 500 ] udc_start ( )
[600 ] --reset--
[600 ] --portchange--
[ 790 ] fastboot : processing commands

I press the volume up key but I can not go , I've flashed many times and still not working laf.img

You Need to restore the file " laf.img " lg recovery multitools help .
