Help Problem with gradually increasing sound in some apps

Hi.

I have Motorola Moto G5 Plus and I have a problem with sound.
In some apps, the sound increases gradually instead of playing at a full volume straight away.
For example, when an app plays a sound I cannot hear the beginning of the sound because the sound increases gradually. Also, when I switch between a loudspeaker and ear speaker during a phone call, the voice of the other person increases gradually every time I switch between these calling options. Also, in the clock alarm app the sound of alarm increases gradually even if I turn off this option in app settings.
However, it does not affect all the apps, only some of them. It affects the alarm, warning and beep sounds in some apps only. I turned off all increasing sound options in all settings I managed to find on the phone, but it did not help.

The problem occurred after a few months of using the phone. I do not think the problem is caused by the phone hardware. I think it could be one of the apps but I cannot identify which one because I have about 100 apps installed.

What can I do about it? Any ideas?
Is there any way to check which apps have access to global sound settings and can influence other apps' sounds? Or is there any monitor app which records other apps' behaviour and it would show which app blocks sound of other apps?

Many thanks for your help.
