Problem with Instagram

Is this just happened to me or Instagram couldn't do a sign up? It keeps saying 'the email has been used by other account' or something like that

Yes ive been using ig before but I do sign up with a fresh email.

I'd suggest to press the forgot your password button and then you could reset it when you get the email.

But the problem, i typed the same words just like my email, one by one

I did. Even i made a new email again and again for trying, but the result is same. And i tried sign up with fb doesn't work either. Thanks for helping anyway

Yeah but if you press the "forgot your passwords button" and then put the email address of the account you've got access it'll send the reset link to that email address. You can then reset it from there. If you don't have access to that email address then you shouldn't be asking.
