Problem with Kies

Hi.....every time i connect my Galaxy s2 to the Kies software on my PC Kies tells me to upgrade to a newer version of Kies....i do this and when i connect my phone again it tells me the exact same message..to update to the newer version of Kies....this is the same version requesting upgrade each time....can anyone please help me out ???
