Problem with my Amazon fire stick

I'm totally fed up of setting a region and country, When i try downloading any applications it again says could not complete your order because you do not have a valid country\ region of residence.....Please could somebody help me out to solve this problem?

You cannot download apps from a different country. This is a global setting for security reasons, you can install a VPN as a workaround.

Can't you register a permanent country of residence on your Amazon account? I don't have an Amazon account myself, but I know you can with Google Play Store, and I've got it as US, even though I'm nowhere near there.
