I got the following problem:
We use Lotus Traveler as our mobile email app.
On the Samsung Galaxy S, we have no problem with it.
On the Galaxy Ace and Mini it works correctly while using the WiFi mode, but in UMTS mode it's unable to contact the server.
Port Scanner can find the port while using WiFi, but not on UMTS mode.
We tried two different providers, both the same. I updated the mini to Gingerbread, but the problem stays.
I can connect to the server through the webbrowser, but instead typing https://ourserver.com , i must type https://ourserver.com:443. else it will fail.
We've got Iphone's and Nokia's which work as it should (with known bugs) and they work on UMTS as on WiFi, but i can't get the Ace and Mini working on UMTS.
Anyone any suggestions that may lead to solving this problem????
