Help Problem with USB with Neo V

hey guys i jst bought a Neo V recently..just connected it to the comp through the usb.. n m getting an error.. it says MTP USB DEVICE failure to install.. i dnt no how to fix this?? could some1 plz plz plz plz help me out..
